Operator and acceptance
Coldstack is operated by Artem Gusakov, tax ID Y4834686P, at Calle Londres, 14, 38660 Fañabé, Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Contact: soporte@coldstack.app. These terms govern the native iOS app and its services. By creating an account, you accept the terms presented to you. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; reading it is not blanket consent to every use.
What Coldstack provides
Coldstack is currently free and lets you record and analyse your own Poker —cash and tournament—, Sports, Casino and Other sessions, and share information in groups. It is not a gambling operator: it does not accept or place bets, hold money, process deposits or withdrawals or transfer payments between people. Amounts are records, not available funds. It provides no financial, tax, legal, medical or betting advice and guarantees no winnings. Your activities must comply with applicable law. Any future paid feature will present prices and terms for you to accept before purchase.
Age and account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate details, including your date of birth, also when signing up with Apple. Social features are reserved for adults with verified email addresses and the required profile details. Do not impersonate anyone or use unlawful, offensive or infringing names. Protect your credentials, do not share access and notify soporte@coldstack.app if you suspect unauthorised use. You are not responsible for access that cannot legally be attributed to you.
Records and calculations
Check amounts and dates before saving. Statistics and rankings depend on your entries and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they do not predict future results. Private games record entries, top-ups, cash-outs and results; they do not calculate who owes whom or execute a settlement. Payments or disputes outside Coldstack are matters between their participants. Export a copy of your sessions when needed from Account → Export data.
Connection and live sessions
Creating, changing and saving data requires a connection. Previously loaded data may remain visible, but we do not promise offline saves or automatic later synchronisation. A live session or private game left open is discarded at 24 hours without generating a final result or saved session. A local warning is scheduled before that limit if notifications are authorised; delivery depends on the device and does not extend the deadline. Close and save sessions in time and check the operation completed.
Groups and privacy
Share only information you are entitled to disclose. Authorised group members may see messages, images, shared sessions and game details. Choose which aggregated results to share for each group: Nothing, Poker results only or All my results. Sharing a session in chat is a separate action. Do not post confidential information or other people's data without a valid basis. Recipients may retain a copy after you change preferences or delete your account.
Rules reports and blocks
Do not use Coldstack for harassment, threats, discrimination, hate, unlawful or abusive sexual content, fraud or spam, recruiting minors, promoting gambling operators, infringing rights or accessing systems without authorisation. You can report content or users and block users in the app. We may review reports, remove content or restrict accounts for breaches, giving reasons where applicable. Automatic name and input checks do not guarantee detection of every abuse. To request a review of a measure, write to soporte@coldstack.app.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to your content. You authorise Coldstack to store, process and display it to the relevant recipients to provide the features you request; this does not authorise its sale or unrelated uses. The software, brand and design belong to their respective owners. You may use the app personally under these terms and the applicable App Store licence. You may not copy, resell or bypass security measures except as permitted by law. These terms govern the service and do not replace rights granted to you by Apple.
Limits breaks and help
Loss and time limits and breaks are tools within Coldstack. They do not block gambling or external operators, constitute official self-exclusion or replace professional help. Warnings do not guarantee prevention of losses. You can consult Help resources and seek specialist support if needed. Coldstack is not an emergency assistance service. Local reminders depend on your permissions and iOS behaviour.
Availability and liability
Maintenance, errors or connection failures may interrupt the service. We take reasonable steps to maintain it and communicate significant incidents. Check records before relying on them; Coldstack does not guarantee winnings or assume responsibility for gambling decisions outside the service. This does not exclude liability for our own breaches where imposed by law, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights, including applicable digital-service guarantees. Using a free app does not waive those rights.
Suspension deletion and complaints
You may stop using Coldstack and request account deletion from Profile → Delete account or at soporte@coldstack.app. The Privacy Policy explains shared messages, histories and backups; deleting an account does not guarantee removal of every reference written by others. We may proportionately restrict content or accounts for breaches or security risks, providing information where legally possible. You can request review or complain at soporte@coldstack.app without losing other legal remedies.
Changes and applicable law
We give reasonable advance notice of significant changes to the service or these terms, explaining the reason and your options; urgent security measures or legal duties may require immediate action. You retain applicable information, termination and remedy rights. Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protection in your habitual residence where applicable. Jurisdiction follows applicable law, without imposing an exclusive forum on consumers. If a clause is invalid, the others remain effective to the extent lawful.
